Schelde Imaginaries is een kunst- en onderzoeksresidentie rond de Schelde, ontwikkeld door kunstenaars Nina-Joy Thielemans en Niel de Vries in samenwerking met het Cultureel Centrum Stadsmagazijn. Van maart tot juni 2026 wordt een driedelig programma georganiseerd, met workshops in het Scheldebekken, een artistieke activatie van De Ruien, en een eindtentoonstelling. Gedurende de looptijd heeft het project een fysieke uitvalsbasis op Linkeroever, Antwerpen.

Schelde Imaginaries is an art and research residency centered on the River Scheldt, developed by artists Nina-Joy Thielemans and Niel de Vries in collaboration with the Cultureel Centrum Stadsmagazijn. From March to June 2026, a three-part program is organized, including workshops in the Scheldt basin, an artistic activation of De Ruien, and a final exhibition. During its course, the project has a physical base of operations in Linkeroever, Antwerp.
